Yoghurt crunch
A quick, simple yet very nutritious way to start the day. Make the night before to make things even easier!

- Berries
- Porridge Oats
- Pumpkin sees
- Yoghurt
- Cinnamon
Add berries to the bottom of a glass, cover with a sprinkle of porridge oats, pumpkin seeds and 2 spoons of yoghurt
Repeat the above until the glass is full and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!
