Ingredients
  

  • Berries
  • Porridge Oats
  • Pumpkin sees
  • Yoghurt
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add berries to the bottom of a glass, cover with a sprinkle of porridge oats, pumpkin seeds and 2 spoons of yoghurt
  • Repeat the above until the glass is full and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!
