Vanilla protein powder
Handful of berries
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl (I use a jam jar actually) apart from the berries.
Leave for a least 10 minutes or overnight in the fridge
Serve in the morning with a handful of berries and you're good to go for the day. Enjoy!
