Vanilla Chia Pudding

  • 1 Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 Mashed banana
  • 1/2 tspn Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 Scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • Handful of berries

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl (I use a jam jar actually) apart from the berries.
  • Leave for a least 10 minutes or overnight in the fridge
  • Serve in the morning with a handful of berries and you're good to go for the day. Enjoy!
