Stir fry prawns

Equipment

  • Frying pan and mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 180 g Raw shelled prawns
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame seed oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 Garlic glove, crushed
  • 1 cm Peeled ginger, grated
  • 1 Spring onion, chopped
  • 1 Red chilli, sliced
  • 1 tsp Pine nuts

Instructions
 

  • Combine the garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce and sesame seed oil in a small bowl
  • Coat the prawns in a little oil and add to a hot pan. Cook for one minute on one side
  • Turn the prawns, add the sauce and cook for another minute
  • Serve, cover with the chopped chilli and spring onion and enjoy!
