Mix the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil to make a marinade. Cover the salmon and leave for an hour
Heat a non stick frying pan and add the salmon and remaining marinade. Cook for about 7-9 minutes, turning regularly to ensure cooked through/as you like it.
Add a little olive oil to another frying pan/wok and add the garlic and selection of mixed vegetables. Stir fry until starting to go soft. Add a little soy sauce if you wish. Serve and enjoy!
