Salmon, yoghurt, curry powder come together in a wrap for a quick, tasty and nutritious lunch

Ingredients
  

  • 1 6oz tin Salmon
  • 2 tbsp Natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Runny honey
  • 12 slices Cucumber
  • 2 Wholewheat pittas/wraps
  • 4 Romaine lettuce leaves

Instructions
 

  • Mix the drained salmon, yoghurt, red onion, curry powder, honey, lemon juice with salt & pepper to taste in a bowl
  • Shred the lettuce and place on the wrap, followed by the cucumber slices and salmon mix. Roll up and dig in!
