Equipment

  • 1 Frying pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Bunch Kale
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Slice Wholemeal bread
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add the shredded kale to a frying pan with a little oil. Add a couple of spoons of water to help the kale wilt.
  • Remove the kale from the pan, add the eggs (having pre broken them in a different cup) and fry them gently in oil
  • Slice the avocado, and add to the dish together with the kale and fried eggs
  • Season with salt & pepper, serve with a slice of wholemeal bread and enjoy!
