Instructions
Prepare the salad vegetables and add to the drained chickpeas in a bowl
Combine the extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice and salt & pepper in a jam jar. Shake
Pour the dressing over the other ingredients, mix and serve! It can keep covered in the fridge for a few days
