Broccoli pasta

Quick, tasty and so delicious. 10 minutes and it's done!

Equipment

  • 2 Saucepans
  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Heads Broccoli - use the florets and the stalks
  • 1 Cup Pasta - I used wholemeal spaghetti
  • 1/4 Cup Nut milk of your choice - I used almond
  • Salt, black pepper, sliced chilli, parmesan to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Add the broccoli florets and the chopped up stalk to a pan of boiling water to cook through. You can steam if you prefer
  • Cook the pasta accordingly to the instructions
  • Once the broccoli is cooked, add to a blender with the milk, salt and pepper, olive oil and blend to a creamy texture.
  • Add the broccoli mix to the cooked pasta (once it has been drained reserving a little of the cooking liquid to add to the pasta/broccoli mix to make it extra tasty!)
  • Serve with sliced chilli (I like the kick of it) and parmesan shavings. Enjoy!
