Broccoli pasta
Quick, tasty and so delicious. 10 minutes and it's done!

- 2 Heads Broccoli - use the florets and the stalks
- 1 Cup Pasta - I used wholemeal spaghetti
- 1/4 Cup Nut milk of your choice - I used almond
- Salt, black pepper, sliced chilli, parmesan to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Add the broccoli florets and the chopped up stalk to a pan of boiling water to cook through. You can steam if you prefer
Cook the pasta accordingly to the instructions
Once the broccoli is cooked, add to a blender with the milk, salt and pepper, olive oil and blend to a creamy texture.
Add the broccoli mix to the cooked pasta (once it has been drained reserving a little of the cooking liquid to add to the pasta/broccoli mix to make it extra tasty!)
Serve with sliced chilli (I like the kick of it) and parmesan shavings. Enjoy!
