Breakfast smoothie
Fibre, protein and omega 3 packed to start your day well.

- 1/2 Banana
- 1 tbsp Rolled oats
- 2 tbsp Ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp Almond butter
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Almond milk
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Ice
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend. I shake it up a bit, depending how much ice I'm using to help it blend more smoothly and quickly
Serve with the other 1/2 banana and enjoy!
