Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp Ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp Almond butter
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Almond milk
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Ice

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend. I shake it up a bit, depending how much ice I'm using to help it blend more smoothly and quickly
  • Serve with the other 1/2 banana and enjoy!
