Kick start green smoothie

Kick start your day with a green smoothie rich in antioxidants and a great way to keep blood sugar levels stable

Tip – the lime juice helps masks the kale taste if you’re not a fan! 
Ingredients
  • Handful of kale
  • Handful of spinach
  • One stick of celery, broken up
  • Quarter chunk of cucumber
  • 1 thumb size piece of ginger, peeled
  • Half an apple, preferably red
  • Juice from a lime
Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend!  Serve and enjoy
