About Me

As a woman in my 40s, I’ve experienced the ups and downs of the journey toward better health. But through trial and error and experience, I’ve also learnt that diet, exercise and lifestyle factors really do contribute to how you feel every day. I’m excited to leverage my training as a health coach, and my own experience with healthy living, as I help you 'Feel Better for Longer'.

The heart of my process is transforming your health and energising your life. Diet, exercise and lifestyle all play a part to enhance your wellbeing and help you enjoy an active life for longer.

Working one-on-one, I listen, coach and support women who are ready to Eat, Move, Live. Explore my programmes, and contact me for an introductory session.

Individual Health Coaching

My health coaching focuses on what is important to you. After an initial consultation, we’ll work together to define your aspirations and challenges. Then, we’ll develop a practical plan that achieves success on your terms. Through structured reviews, we’ll track your progress and celebrate your achievements.

Mindset

I’m full of energy and inspired to help you achieve your health goals. Along the way, we’ll cultivate a success mindset based on three core values. Go at your own pace, always listening to your body. Be you and believe in the healthier you. And above all, stay positive. Often, our first try isn’t great. But by staying positive, the second try is better, and so is the third.

Meal Plans

My seven-day meal plans focus on helping counter midlife health concerns such as pre-diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. These customised meal plans include simple, quick and easy meals making wellbeing practical for your busy life.
